Improving Knowledge and Reducing Implicit Bias: A Gender Affirming Care Curriculum for Medical Providers
This 24-hour training curriculum was developed as part of my Clinical Sexology doctoral project, aimed at equipping medical professionals at all stages of a patient's visit with the skills and knowledge to provide gender-affirming care. This project has also been adapted for mental health providers.
Jackson Care Hub Queer Care Quality Project
The Queer Care Quality Program is a justice initiative intended to improve the experience and quality of care for queer people and their communities. The project was developed for the Jackson Care Hub. The Jackson Care Hub is a secure web-based network that enables service agencies to coordinate care for Jackson County, Michigan residents.
The Queer Care Quality Program defines care standards across five organizational domains.

I Won’t Yuck Your Yum
Why it’s hard to talk about sex and why it’s so important
This 90-minute presentation was developed for the 2021 BISC-MI (Batterer Intervention Services Coalition of Michigan) Conference entitled: From Theory to Practice: Focusing on Sexualized Abuse,
Sexual Respect, and Sexual Health in Battering Intervention Programs. This presentation focused on normalizing healthy sexuality, tackling sexual shame, and exploring resources to help professionals talk about sex with confidence.
