My Story

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Spring Arbor University, expected to graduate in October 2026 with my master’s degree. I am currently completing my internship under the supervision of Dr. Adrienne Rowland at Radiant Oak Sexual Health and Learning Center, where I provide counseling services on a pro bono basis as part of my training.

My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe each individual carries an innate capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and rediscover their strengths.

My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and sexual dysfunction, with a focus on understanding how these experiences can affect relationships, identity, and overall well-being. I am especially passionate about helping clients reduce shame, build self-understanding, and move toward healthier patterns of living.

I look forward to continuing to grow as a counselor while supporting clients in their journey toward resilience, wholeness, and connection.
