Hello
Meet Sam, a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self—without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. Sam works with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, and challenges related to identity, intimacy, and personal habits, helping clients gain deeper self-understanding and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Story
Sam is a Counselor (LLPC) with a deep curiosity about people and the ways our minds, relationships, and lived experiences shape who we are. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University and continues to pursue ongoing education in the areas she is most passionate about. In addition to her clinical work, Sam is also an author, using writing as another way to explore and share insights about mental health, identity, and the human experience.
Sam’s work is informed by sex therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and existential therapy. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.
With a focus on authenticity and connection, Sam strives to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values and goals.
